Named after a famous explorer, the room is located inside the Lodge that used to be a farmhouse back in 20th Century. This lovely suite has a direct access to a private patio and is equipped with all modern comfort.
There is also a fireplace to warm up in winter. The king-size bed can be separated into twin beds upon request.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, all due to the attentive and thoughtful staff employed here. On top of everything, the food at the restaurant is magnificent. We loved every moment at Addo African Home, will be returning, and will be recommending it to all friends and family traveling to South Africa.

We booked the Deluxe Rondawel room which was very nice decorated, clean and luxurious. You can book massages during your stay to relax and unwind from your trip. The host, who is also the owner of the accommodation, was very helpful, kind and involved towards the guests and the work environment.
